Construction instructions:
1. To fully achieve the physical properties and waterproof performance of the product, the recommended thickness is above 1.5mm.
2. Store the polyurea coating in a cool and dry warehouse environment before construction.
3. Before construction, the base layer must be repaired for defects such as cavities, cracks, and hollows.
4. Remove pollutants such as water, oil, and solid impurities from the surface of the base layer to ensure that the base layer is clean and dry.
5. Avoid construction in severe weather such as strong winds, rain, and snow. 6. Stir component B evenly in advance during construction.
Construction method:
During construction, the high-temperature, high-pressure impact mixing equipment specified by our company must be used, otherwise the construction quality will be damaged. Please ask our technical staff for detailed construction process.
Fast curing:
10 seconds to gel and 10 minutes to reach walking strength. Fast construction speed, continuous spraying on the facade and top surface without sagging.
Insensitive:
Insensitive to humidity and temperature during construction, reducing the risk of polyurethane foaming.
