XW-311 Epoxy Glass Flake Heavy Anticorrosion Topcoat

Composition and performance:

A two-component high-solid epoxy thick-coat made of epoxy resin and polyamide resin as the base materials, with weather-resistant pigments, glass flakes, high-wear-resistant fillers, etc. The glass flakes in the coating are arranged in parallel and overlapped, forming layers of barriers to the penetration of corrosive media, which can extend the path of medium penetration to the substrate and prevent corrosive media from directly penetrating the anti-corrosion layer. It has excellent impermeability and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and various chemical media. The coating has a high solid content and can be thickly applied to form an anti-corrosion coating.

use:

Used for anti-corrosion decoration of pipelines, storage tanks, chemical equipment and concrete components in harsh corrosive environments.
