Construction instructions:

Main agent: curing agent: pre-agglomerate = 4:1:8, stir evenly. Pour the main agent into the container first, add the pre-agglomerate while stirring, and finally add the curing agent and mature for 10 minutes. Considering the approximate ratio of quantity and area, pour the prepared topcoat on the ground where the intermediate paint is applied, and use a rake with triangular teeth to level it. The tooth depth depends on the thickness of the paint film after self-leveling. After 30 to 45 minutes of construction, use a defoaming roller to eliminate residual air.

Floor surface treatment conditions:

The floor surface to be coated should meet the quality requirements of floor engineering construction in GB50209-95 "Construction and Acceptance Standards for Building Floor Engineering". Newly completed industrial floors must go through a certain curing period before construction. About three weeks in summer and about six weeks in winter. The surface cement slurry and adhesion must be removed, and the surface oil, water and dust must be removed. The holes and obvious depressions on the floor surface should be filled and leveled first. When the temperature is below 0℃ and the relative humidity is above 85%, the curing is poor and construction is not recommended.

Notes:

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.

2. The above information is written based on actual testing and usage experience of our company's technical personnel and can be used as a construction guide. However, due to differences in coating environments and supporting solutions, it is recommended that users conduct preliminary experiments and tests based on actual needs and uses before confirming use. Our company only guarantees the quality and stability of this product itself.
