Composition and performance:

Component A base material:

Component B base material:

Curing agent.

When component A and component B are mixed in equal amounts, the three networks interpenetrate at the molecular level to form an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure, producing a synergistic effect. The coating network has the following characteristics: strong adhesion, good flexibility, and resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts. The coating's toughness, strength, adhesion, permeability resistance, and chemical inertness are further improved, giving the coating film better performance. Improving the performance of polymers by forming IPN is a new type of polymer blending technology. The paint film has good rust resistance and acid resistance.

use:

It is suitable for the anti-corrosion of steel structure surfaces, non-metallic surfaces, bridges, water tanks, gas tanks, oil tanks, buried pipelines, electricity, oil tanks, metallurgy, chemical industry and civil use. It is suitable for the anti-corrosion of ships and steel structures in chemical atmosphere and marine atmosphere. It is suitable for coating the surface of galvanized steel plates with appropriate roughening treatment.

Construction instructions:

Main agent: curing agent = 5:1, stir evenly, add 10-15% of IPN matching diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.


Surface treatment:

Steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 grade, and manual rust removal reaches St3 grade.

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.
