Composition and performance:
It is a two-component environmentally friendly coating made of acrylic resin, siloxane monomer and other functional group monomers copolymerized with polysiloxane resin as the base material, with weather-resistant pigments, fillers, additives, etc., and a flexible polyetheramine with aliphatic side chains as the curing agent. It cross-links at room temperature and complies with all current VOC regulations and does not contain isocyanates.

Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 5:1, stir evenly, add 10-15% polysiloxane diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.
Surface treatment:
The steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 grade, and manual rust removal reaches St3 grade.
Notes:
1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.
