Composition and performance:
A two-component outdoor thick-coat hull topcoat composed of isocyanate and hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin as base materials, reinforcing resin, plasticizer, weather-resistant pigment, body pigment, imported additives, etc.
The paint film has excellent water resistance, resistance to alternating wet and dry conditions, weather resistance and protective decorative properties.
The paint film dries quickly and is easy to apply.

It is used for surface coating and decoration of hulls and ships, offshore oil platforms, marine facilities, and various ferrous metal and wood products corroded by acid, alkali and salt media.

Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 3:1, stir evenly, add 10-15% acrylic polyurethane diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.
Surface treatment:
The steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 grade, and manual rust removal reaches St3 grade.
Notes:
1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.
