Composition and performance:
A two-component outdoor thick-coat hull and deck topcoat composed of isocyanate and hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin as base materials, epoxy resin, reinforcing resin, plasticizer, weather-resistant pigment, body pigment, imported additives, etc.
The paint film has excellent water resistance, resistance to alternating wet and dry conditions, weather resistance and protective decorative properties.
The coatings have good adhesion and strong impact resistance. They can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction caused by heavy load impact and environmental temperature difference, and will not crack or fall off after long-term use.

Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 3:1, stir evenly, add 10-15% polyurethane diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.
Surface treatment:
The steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 grade, and manual rust removal reaches St3 grade.

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.
