Composition and performance:

High-efficiency heat shielding and cooling anti-corrosion coatings integrate vacuum insulation technology, infrared reflection technology, thermodynamic technology, scattering technology, and anti-corrosion technology. According to the purpose, they are divided into three coating structures: special anti-corrosion primer, insulation intermediate paint, and heat reflective topcoat. Special anti-corrosion primer consists of two components, A and B. Component A consists of high molecular polymer hybrid resin, flaky pigments and fillers with excellent anti-corrosion performance, organic solvents, imported special additives, etc. Component B consists of modified polyamide with excellent toughness and adhesion, imported additives, etc.

It not only has the characteristics of general anti-corrosion coatings such as strong adhesion, good weather resistance, long life, acid and alkali resistance, moisture and heat resistance, salt spray resistance, and UV resistance, but also has the characteristics of resistance to high-intensity radiation, high heat reflection, and high heat barrier. It is a new type of special coating that integrates anti-corrosion, heat insulation, cooling and thermal insulation.

Construction reference:

1. Before painting, the material must be fully stirred with a handheld electric stirrer or a wooden stick before use to ensure construction quality and product performance.

2. Accurately weigh components A and B according to the specified ratio and mix them evenly.

3. The prepared paint should be used up within 8 hours to avoid curing waste. Avoid construction under rainy conditions.

4. Spray or brush coating is required. The brushing direction should be consistent. Do not cross or repeat the coating. First, apply two coats of primer, the dry film thickness is required to be 70-90 microns, and no missing coating is allowed. The middle coating can be applied after drying for 6 hours.

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is half a year in a cool and dry place.
