Composition and performance:
High-efficiency heat-shielding and cooling anti-corrosion coatings integrate vacuum insulation technology, infrared reflection technology, thermodynamic technology, scattering technology, and anti-corrosion technology. According to their uses, they are divided into three coating structures: special anti-corrosion primer, thermal insulation intermediate paint, and heat-reflective topcoat. Thermal insulation mid-coat is divided into single-component and two-component. A. Single-component thermal insulation mid-coat is composed of chlorinated polyolefin, acrylic acid and functional pigments and fillers, imported additives, organic solvents, etc. B. Two-component thermal insulation mid-coat is composed of components A and B. Component A is composed of highly cross-linked acrylic resin, functional pigments and fillers, imported additives, organic solvents, etc. Component B is composed of yellowing-resistant isocyanate, imported additives, etc.
It not only has the characteristics of general anti-corrosion coatings such as strong adhesion, good weather resistance, long life, acid and alkali resistance, moisture and heat resistance, salt spray resistance, and UV resistance, but also has the characteristics of resistance to high-intensity radiation, high heat reflection, and high heat barrier. It is a new type of special coating that integrates anti-corrosion, heat insulation, cooling and thermal insulation.
use:
High-efficiency heat shielding anti-corrosion coating materials can be widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, transportation pipelines, grain storage warehouses, production plants, color steel tiles, construction, vehicle and shipbuilding.

Construction reference:
1. Before painting, the paint must be thoroughly stirred with a handheld electric stirrer or a wooden stick to ensure construction quality and product performance. Accurately weigh components A and B according to the specified ratio and mix and stir evenly.
2. The prepared paint should be used up within 8 hours to avoid curing waste. Avoid construction under rainy conditions.
3. Spraying or brushing is required. The brushing direction should be consistent. Do not cross or repeat the brushing. After the primer is dry, the middle coat is applied. The thickness of the middle coat is required to be 500 microns. Generally, 3-4 coats of brushing or spraying can achieve this.
Each coat should be applied at least 12 hours apart and no coating should be missed. Topcoat application can be carried out after drying for 6 hours.
Notes:
1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is half a year in a cool and dry place.
2. The above information is written based on actual testing and usage experience of our company's technical personnel and can be used as a construction guide. However, due to differences in coating environments and supporting solutions, it is recommended that users conduct preliminary experiments and tests based on actual needs and uses before confirming use.
