XW-H3607 high temperature resistant high efficiency heat shielding cooling anti-corrosion coating

Composition and performance:

As a military technology, this achievement is now widely used in high-temperature environment insulation such as high-temperature pipelines, high-temperature asphalt storage tanks, and high-temperature residual oil tanks. The high temperature resistance range is 100-500 degrees. It has the strong adhesion, good weather resistance, and long service life of general anti-corrosion coatings.

It is resistant to acid and alkali, moisture and heat, salt spray, and ultraviolet light, and has the characteristics of high-intensity radiation resistance, high heat reflection, and high heat barrier. It is a new type of special coating that integrates anti-corrosion, heat insulation, cooling, and heat preservation. The coating consists of an anti-corrosion primer, a heat-insulating mid-coat, and a heat-reflecting topcoat.

Construction reference:

1. Before painting, the paint must be thoroughly stirred with a handheld electric stirrer to ensure construction quality and product performance. Accurately weigh components A and B according to the specified ratio and mix and stir evenly.

2. The prepared paint should be used up within 8 hours to avoid curing waste. Avoid construction under rainy conditions.

3. Spray two coats of primer, with an interval of more than 12 hours between each coat, and the dry film thickness is 70-90 microns.

4. The thickness of the midcoat is required to be between 25px and 150px, depending on the internal temperature and the cooling index required to be achieved externally.

5. The thickness of the topcoat should be between 70 and 90 microns, and two coats should be sprayed, with an interval of more than 12 hours between each coat.

Notes:

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is half a year in a cool and dry place.

2. The above information is written based on actual testing and usage experience of our company's technical personnel and can be used as a construction guide. However, due to differences in coating environments and supporting solutions, it is recommended that users conduct preliminary experiments and tests based on actual needs and uses before confirming use. Our company only guarantees the quality and stability of this product itself.
