Composition and performance:

As a military technology, this achievement is now widely used in the cooling, rust prevention and corrosion protection of the outer surface of the ship hull deck. It has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good weather resistance, long life, acid and alkali resistance, moisture and heat resistance, salt spray resistance, and ultraviolet light resistance of general anti-corrosion coatings, and has the characteristics of super hardness, scratch resistance, high-intensity radiation resistance, high heat reflection, and high heat barrier. It is a new type of special coating that integrates anti-corrosion, heat insulation, cooling and heat preservation. The coating has good adhesion between the coatings and strong impact resistance. It can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction caused by heavy load impact and environmental temperature difference, and will not crack or fall off after long-term use.

The paint consists of an anti-corrosion primer, a thermal insulation mid-coat and a heat-reflective topcoat. Depending on the color, the internal environment can be cooled by 10-20°C and the external environment by 8-15°C.

Construction reference:

1. Before painting, the paint must be thoroughly stirred with a handheld electric stirrer to ensure construction quality and product performance. Accurately weigh components A and B according to the specified ratio and mix and stir evenly.

2. The prepared paint should be used up within 8 hours to avoid curing waste. Avoid construction under rainy conditions.

3. The primer needs to be sprayed twice, with a dry film thickness of 70-90 microns and an interval of more than 12 hours between each coat.

4. The thickness of the midcoat is required to be 100 microns, which can generally be achieved by spraying 1-2 coats, with an interval of 12 hours between each coat.

5. The topcoat thickness is required to be between 60-80 microns, and two coats are required, with an interval of more than 12 hours between each coat. The total film thickness is required to be around 260 microns.


Notes:

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is half a year in a cool and dry place.
