Composition and performance:

A two-component thick-coat anti-rust topcoat made of epoxy resin and coal tar pitch as base materials, with sun-resistant carbon black and high-quality fillers.

The paint film is tough, has good adhesion and a long protection period

The paint film has excellent seawater resistance, cathodic protection resistance and good wear resistance.

Strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt and microbial corrosion

Excellent supporting performance, good insulation and water resistance


use:

Suitable for anti-corrosion of container bottom and outer wall of buried steel or cement pipes

Applicable to sewage treatment tanks, water storage tanks (non-drinking water), tunnels, underground parking lots, etc.

Used for corrosion protection of ship bottoms and ballast tanks, offshore drilling platforms, docks, steel piles, sluice gates, and underground pipelines.

Construction instructions:

Main agent: curing agent = 20:7.5, stir evenly, add 10-15% epoxy diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.


Surface treatment:

The steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 grade, and manual rust removal reaches St3 grade.

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.
