Composition and performance:

Water-based acrylic amino paint is an epoxy-modified acrylic water-based resin synthesized independently through a special process. This product is a baking varnish made of water-based resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, additives, water, etc. and amino resin.

Note:

The baking temperature is 120±5℃ and the time is 30-40min (adjusted according to the size of the component). If the temperature is too high, the paint film will become brittle, dull and yellow. The wet film should be dried at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or pre-baked at 80℃ for 15 minutes before high-temperature baking to prevent blistering of the coating.


Construction instructions:

Single component can be used directly, add 10-20% deionized water, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.


Surface treatment:

The steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface Rust Grade and Rust Removal Grade of Steel before Painting" GB8923-88. The sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 level, the manual rust removal reaches St3 level, the primer is phosphated and coated with electrophoretic paint.


Notes:

1. The paint should be stored in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.

2. Since the pH value decreases slowly during storage (normal pH = 8.0-10.0), uneven dissolution or decreased viscosity during stirring is a normal phenomenon. You can add appropriate neutralizer while stirring until it is evenly stirred and it can still be used normally.
