Composition and performance:

Two-component water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer composed of water-soluble modified low molecular weight bisphenol A glycidyl ether epoxy resin as the main body, imported water-based epoxy curing agent, zinc powder, chemical anti-rust color filler, anti-rust corrosion inhibitor, additives, etc.

Has the characteristics of strong hiding power, good adhesion, good anti-rust performance, stable storage, zero VOC, etc.

Uses water as diluent, non-toxic and odorless, non-flammable and non-explosive, safe for construction, storage and transportation

High temperature resistant, can withstand high temperature of 400℃ continuously, not affected by welding and cutting, no flammable volatilization during construction

Good water resistance, acid, alkali and salt resistance, chemical resistance

Quick drying, convenient construction, construction tools, containers, etc. can be washed with clean water

Construction instructions:

Base material: curing agent should be mixed in the prescribed ratio of 2.5:1. After the base material and curing agent are mixed, they must be stirred evenly. Since zinc powder has a high specific gravity, it should be stirred at any time during spraying. Add 10-20% deionized water, high-pressure airless spraying, brushing, and rolling. After mixing, it should be placed for a certain period of time as required. If the aging is not sufficient, it will affect the performance of the paint.


Surface treatment:

Steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Rust level and rust removal level of steel surface before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 level, and manual rust removal reaches St3 level.

1. The paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated, dry place; away from fire and heat sources; stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
