Composition and performance:
Two-component water-based anti-rust intermediate paint composed of water-based epoxy emulsion as base material, mica iron oxide red, mica iron oxide gray and new chemical anti-rust pigment as main anti-rust pigment
The paint film has good oil resistance, water resistance, acid resistance and wear resistance
The paint film dries quickly, has strong adhesion and has excellent matching performance
Application:
Applicable to container midcoat anti-corrosion, chemical atmosphere, anti-corrosion of ships and steel structures in marine atmosphere, and suitable for surface coating of galvanized steel plates with appropriate roughening treatment.

Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 4:1, stir evenly, add 10-25% deionized water, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.
Surface treatment:
After the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer is sprayed and dried, ensure that there is no oil or dust.
Notes:
1. The paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
