Composition and performance:

Two-component thick-coat anti-rust topcoat made of epoxy resin and coal tar pitch as base materials, with sun-resistant carbon black, high-quality fillers, etc.

The paint film has excellent seawater resistance, cathodic protection resistance, and good wear resistance

Strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt and microbial corrosion

Application:

Applicable to the corrosion protection of container bottom and outer wall of buried steel or cement components

Applicable to sewage treatment tanks, water storage tanks (non-drinking water), tunnels, underground parking lots, etc.

Construction instructions:

Main agent: curing agent = 20:7.5, stir evenly, add 10-15% epoxy diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.


Surface treatment:

Steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Rust level and rust removal level of steel surface before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 level, and manual rust removal reaches St3 level.

1. The paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
