Construction method:

1. Surface treatment:

The coating surface must be thoroughly cleaned before coating, and it is required to be rust-free, oil-free, water-free and dust-free. Manual rust removal must reach the national standard St3 level, and sandblasting rust removal must reach the national standard Sa2.5 level.

2. Coating environment requirements:

Coating work should be carried out under weather conditions with an air temperature above 5°C and a relative humidity below 85%. The surface temperature of the steel should be 3°C higher than the dew point temperature.

3. Coating process:

Before coating, the components of the coating should be mixed and fully stirred according to the weight ratio of A: B = 13:1 required by the formula. When mixing, first stir A thoroughly and mix evenly, then add B component curing agent, and the prepared coating should be used up as soon as possible. To ensure the adhesion of the coating, the surface should be scraped with diluted paint after it is qualified. The reference ratio of dilution is A: B: diluent = 13: 1: (0.5~0.7). The thickness of the paint film should be strictly controlled to ensure that more than 90% of the measured points reach the specified thickness. It is allowed to repair the damaged or defective parts of the coating. Use sandpaper to roughen the coating within 300mm around the repaired part, and scrape the coating to make it level with the surrounding coating.

Notes:

1. The paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.

2. Before the coating is completely dry, it should be avoided from being polluted by rain or other liquids, and no one should step on it. The coated metal surface should not be constructed under direct sunlight in summer.
