Composition and performance:
Two-component thick paste paint made of special epoxy resin, modified resin, glass flakes, anti-corrosion pigments and fillers, imported additives, special solvents, etc.
The paint film has excellent water resistance and shielding properties, and has good adhesion to both the primer and topcoat; excellent resistance to chloride ion penetration, good weather resistance, dry and wet
replacement performance and wet curing performance.
Application:
This coating is specially used for long-term anti-corrosion intermediate coating on the surface of steel and concrete components that are used for a long time and difficult to maintain in harsh environments such as the ocean.

Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 10:1, stir evenly, add 10-15% of the matching diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.
Coating requirements:
1. After surface treatment, the concrete components should be kept clean and dry and the anti-corrosion sealing primer should be applied in time.
2. Concrete components can generally be painted after 30 days of curing.
3. Brushing, rolling and spraying can be used for construction.
4. The painting interval is generally controlled within 24 hours. If the interval is too long, it is recommended to roughen the surface to be painted before re-coating.
Notes:
1. The paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; the shelf life is one year in a cool and dry place.
