Composition and performance:
A two-component high-solid epoxy thick coating made of epoxy resin and polyamide resin as base materials, with weather-resistant pigments, glass flakes, high-wear-resistant fillers, etc. The glass flakes in the coating are arranged in parallel and overlapped, forming layers of barriers to the penetration of corrosive media, which can extend the path of the medium to penetrate the substrate and prevent the corrosive medium from directly penetrating the anti-corrosion layer. It has excellent impermeability and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and various chemical media. The coating has a high solid content and can be thickly applied to form an anti-corrosion coating.
Application:
Used for anti-corrosion decoration of pipelines, storage tanks, chemical equipment and concrete components in harsh corrosive environments.

Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 6: 1, stir evenly, add 10-15% epoxy diluent, and apply by high-pressure airless spray, brush or roller.
Surface treatment:
Steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Rust level and rust removal level of steel surface before painting" GB8923-88. Sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 level, and manual rust removal reaches St3 level.

1. The paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated and dry place; away from fire and heat sources; stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
