Construction instructions:
Main agent: curing agent = 6:1, stir evenly, add 10-15% aliphatic polyurethane diluent, high-pressure airless spray, brush coating, roller coating.
Surface treatment:
Steel surface treatment is carried out in accordance with the national standard "Surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before painting" GB8923-88, sandblasting rust removal reaches the national standard Sa2.5 level, manual rust removal reaches St3 level.
