Superb technology, excellent quality, high-quality products

At 1 pm on April 15, 2023, the Furi Xuanwei Spraying Skills Competition officially kicked off. General Manager Li Guangjun, Chief Engineer Professor Li Shaoxiang, Deputy General Manager Liu Laiyun, and Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of the R&D Center Liu Meng attended the competition. 14 employees from various departments including technical research and development, quality inspection, and production participated in the first spraying skills competition.

Liu Meng, deputy chief engineer and director of the R&D center, read out the items, requirements and rules of the skill competition. During the competition, each employee must complete the following processes in order within the specified time: grinding → paint mixing → spraying → recoating. After completion, submit one primer board and one bottom composite board. The evaluation team will give a comprehensive score based on the film thickness and board surface condition.

Chief Engineer Professor Li Shaoxiang delivered an important speech on "The company values skilled talents, supports skilled talents, and encourages everyone to become skilled talents."

In order to ensure fairness, impartiality and openness, the company's chief engineer Professor Li Shaoxiang, deputy general manager Liu Laiyun and senior technical service expert Chen Liangwen formed a review team to conduct on-site review and scoring. From weighing, paint mixing, surface treatment to formal operations, the competition was intense and orderly.

Everyone was enthusiastic about the competition, insisting on using their best condition and devoting all their energy to making products. After the competition, veteran Feng Luwei of the oily group won the first prize with 127 points, Zhang Baohua and Wei Tong won the second and third prizes respectively, and Zhang Xiyan of the watery group won the first prize with 116 points, Yin Jianqing and Chen Xiangyun won the second and third prizes respectively.

Through this skills competition, we discovered the shortcomings in our daily work, constantly strengthened ourselves, improved our skills, laid a solid technical foundation for completing production tasks with high quality, and manufactured high-quality products with superb technology and excellent quality.
